Fire Protection Systems Plan Review
These are the minimum requirements when submitting Fire Protection Systems plans for review submittal:

Fire Sprinkler Requirements
Section 8.44.050 Santa Monica Municipal Code: Requirements for automatic extinguishing and protection sprinkler systems. This section provides detailed information for when a fire sprinkler system is required to be installed.

Central Station Monitoring Systems
Wet Chemical (Hood) Systems
Clean Agent (Halon Alternative) Systems
Mechanical Smoke Control Systems
Construction Plan Review
These are the minimum requirements where applicable when submitting construction plans for review submittal.
Submittals are made at 1685 Main Street, in the Building & Safety Division.
Construction Plans require six (6) sets to be submitted.
